ORDER PROCESS & POLICY
Please read our policy regarding the ordering process for all custom products.
For AmeriScapes™ and VillageScapes™:
- Photos must be accompanied by the design fee. We regret that we cannot begin any sketches prior to receipt of a design fee.
- Once you receive the product sketch, please review it and contact us promptly. Once the sketch is approved a prototype will be created.
- Upon receipt of your prototype, please contact us with your approval and order information. From the time you place your initial order, you can expect your shipment in approximately 6 weeks.
The time necessary to complete your order, from initial deposit until shipment, is approximately 12-16 weeks. If you have a special event or deadline, please advise us when you begin the design process and we will do whatever possible to ensure that you receive your order on time.
For Watercolors:
- Upon receipt of the design fee and photographs (or request from an existing design), we will create a sketch.
- Once the sketch is approved, your order will be shipped in approximately 4 weeks. it will take approximately 6 weeks from the time we receive your deposit until you receive your completed order.
For Ceramics:

Once you have chosen your border, and we receive your custom design images (photographs, postcards, etc.) and the design fee we will create a black and white sketch for your approval.

Approximately 4 weeks after you've approved the sketch you will receive one representative prototype for for your approval.

You approve the prototype and place your order (a minimum order of 6 pieces per design is required). We will produce and ship your order in approximately 6-8 weeks.
Please be aware that our ceramics pricing is merely a guidline. Your design fee and wholesale pricing will be based on the complexity of your desired design.
