The Fine Print
A retail partner will have territory exclusivity for the custom product lines purchased and will retain that exclusivity as long as a minimum reorder is placed annually. For example, if an AmeriScape is ordered, we will not produce that particular product line for any other customer within that same town or zip code. However, any other product line may be purchased by another customer within that town or zip code. If the minimum reorder is not made within one year, we reserve the right to release the design to open stock.
The exceptions are as follows:
A fundraising program for a school, church, or hospital; or corporate or business self-promotion, e.g., inn, restaurant, library.
In these cases the product must be relevant to the organization.
There is no exclusivity on the following since they are not custom pieces:

For AmeriScapes™ and VillageScapes™
Photos must be accompanied by the design fee. Please note that we can not begin your project until we have received BOTH your photos and paid design fee.
Once you receive the product sketch, please review it and contact us promptly. Once the sketch is approved a prototype will be created.Upon receipt of your prototype, please contact us with your approval and order information. From the time you place your initial order, you can expect your shipment in approximately 6 weeks.<
The time necessary to complete your order, from initial deposit until shipment, is approximately 12-16 weeks. If you have a special event or deadline, please advise us when you begin the design process and we will do whatever possible to ensure that you receive your order on time.
Upon receipt of the design fee and photographs (or request from an existing design), we will create a proof of your watercolor.
Once the proof is approved, your order will be shipped in approximately 4 weeks. it will take approximately 6 weeks from the time we receive your deposit until you receive your completed order.
